This policy explains how Aggreu handles personal data when you visit the website, create an account, save an address, or share an address with another person.

Scope and responsibility

This policy applies to the Aggreu website, mobile web experience, applications, short address links, and related support channels. Aggreu is responsible for handling personal data through these services.

A service operated by another party, such as a map, social sign-in provider, or messaging application, is governed by that party’s own privacy terms when you choose to use it.

Data we collect

The data we collect depends on how you use Aggreu. It may include:

  • Account and profile details, including name, email address, mobile number, language, and sign-in method.
  • Saved address details, including map location, country, city, district, building details, Plus Code, national address, access instructions, contact person, and uploaded photos.
  • Sharing choices, link duration, shared fields, link visits, and revocation status.
  • Device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, security logs, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Messages and information sent through registration, contact, and support channels.

Why we use data

We use personal data for clear operational, security, support, improvement, and legal purposes, including to:

  • Create, verify, secure, and recover your account.
  • Save addresses and generate the links you ask us to create.
  • Show approved address details to people who open a link you shared.
  • Remember language, communication, appearance, and receiving preferences.
  • Detect misuse, investigate incidents, protect users, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Improve reliability and usability, using aggregated or de-identified data where practical.

Sharing and address links

We may share only the data needed with providers that support hosting, security, email, authentication, maps, analytics, and customer support under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data to a competent authority when legally required.

You control which address fields are included and whether a link is permanent or time-limited. Anyone who receives or opens the link can see the selected fields and may copy, forward, or capture them. Share door codes, phone numbers, and location photos only when necessary and with people you trust.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, the life of your account, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or a legal retention requirement. Retention periods may differ by data category.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it until secure deletion from backup cycles. Deleting an account or address does not remove copies already saved by a link recipient.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, secure transmission where supported, monitoring, and limited staff access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and contact us promptly if you believe an account or sharing link has been misused.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about your personal data, access it, receive a copy, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or object or complain about how it is handled.

You can manage many details from your account. For other requests, contact us below. We may verify your identity and may retain limited information when required by law or needed to protect legal claims.

Cookies and international processing

Aggreu may use essential cookies or similar local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect forms, and keep the service secure. Blocking essential storage may prevent core features from working.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this occurs, we use the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable law and limit the data to what the provider needs.

Children and policy updates

Aggreu is not intended for a child who cannot lawfully consent without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate authorization.

We may update this policy when the service, technology, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the new version here, change the last-updated date, and provide an additional notice when a change materially affects your choices.
