Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the Aggreu website, mobile web experience, applications, or address links, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Additional terms may be shown for a particular feature or paid service. Those additional terms apply together with these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use Aggreu for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
What Aggreu provides
Aggreu helps you store location and address details and share selected details through controlled links. Unless expressly stated for a feature, Aggreu is not the courier, driver, mapping authority, emergency service, or party completing a delivery.
Map positions, Plus Codes, national addresses, directions, and third-party map results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm critical details with the intended recipient and do not rely on Aggreu for emergencies.
Acceptable use
Use Aggreu lawfully and only for legitimate address and delivery coordination. You must not:
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or share information without permission.
- Access another account, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service.
- Scrape or send excessive automated requests except through an expressly permitted interface.
- Create deceptive links, expose someone’s location without authorization, harass others, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
- Upload content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or another right.
Your content and sharing links
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Aggreu a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your sharing choices.
You are responsible for content accuracy, legality, and permissions. Treat every active link as access to its selected data, send it only to intended recipients, and revoke it when no longer required. Revocation cannot erase copies a recipient already made.
Third-party services
Aggreu may link to maps, messaging applications, social sign-in providers, app stores, or other external services. Their availability, accuracy, and data practices are controlled by their operators and are subject to their own terms.
Fees and intellectual property
If Aggreu introduces a paid feature, the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and material cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. Store purchases may also follow the relevant store rules.
The Aggreu name, logos, software, interface, documentation, and original service content are owned by Aggreu or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Aggreu is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every address, map result, third-party service, recipient action, or delivery outcome will be accurate or suitable.
To the extent permitted by law, Aggreu is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by sharing choices, recipient conduct, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Aggreu and request account deletion through available account controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Provisions that should continue by their nature—including ownership, lawful retention, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—remain effective after termination.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in the Kingdom unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the Arabic and English versions conflict, the Arabic version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The new version will be published here with an updated date, and additional notice will be provided when required for a material change.
