- Add useful building, entrance, floor or unit details and any arrival instructions.
- Open the sharing options and select the available details the recipient needs.
- Choose a permanent, timed or single use link, and set a password if needed.
- Send the link to the intended recipient and manage or revoke it from your sharing list.
Which details should I add to a delivery address?
A useful delivery address combines the correct location with the information needed for the final approach. In Aggreu, this can include building and unit details, an entrance photo and delivery notes. Check the map pin first, then add clear directions that describe the actual place.
For example, identify the entrance on the side street or the unit on a particular floor. Do not place sensitive access information in the address name. Keep it in the appropriate field so you can decide whether to include it when creating a sharing link.
Does a sharing link show everything I saved?
An Aggreu sharing link shows the available details selected for that share. Photos, delivery notes and access codes have their own sharing options. Review those choices before sending the link, because information saved in an address and information included in a share are separate decisions.
Give a driver the details needed for that delivery. If an option is unavailable, check whether the address contains the corresponding information. A saved photo or note can remain in your account without being included in every sharing link.
What is the difference between permanent, timed and single use links?
A permanent Aggreu link has no scheduled expiry, while a timed link stops working after its expiry. A single use link becomes unavailable to new recipients after it is claimed. All sharing types remain subject to revocation and any other access restrictions chosen by the owner.
Choose a timed link for a delivery window or a single use link when repeated access is unnecessary. Permanent does not mean public or impossible to revoke. It describes the absence of a scheduled expiry, and the owner still controls the share.
Can I protect a sharing link with a password?
Aggreu allows a password on a sharing link. The recipient must enter the password before opening the protected address details. Choose a password the intended recipient can receive safely, and avoid putting the password or an entrance code in a public message alongside the link.
A password adds an access check; it does not stop a recipient from copying information after viewing it. Use the sharing selections and link duration as well, especially for photos, private delivery notes or access codes.
How do I stop access after sharing my address?
Revoke the sharing link from your Aggreu account when you want to stop future access through it. A timed link also becomes unavailable when it expires. Revocation does not erase screenshots, messages or other copies made by someone who already viewed the address.
Check your sharing list when a delivery is complete or a link reaches the wrong person. If an access code has been exposed, changing the sharing link does not change the real door code. Manage the physical access arrangement separately when necessary.
Does my phone number automatically become a public address link?
A phone-number link in Aggreu is an optional sharing choice for an eligible permanent share of the default address. It is not enabled just because an account has a phone number. The owner must choose this link format and meet the account and address requirements.
A phone-number link exposes the number in the URL. Use a regular sharing link when you do not want to distribute that identifier, and review the information selected for the share before sending either link format.
What should I do if a link is expired or unavailable?
Ask the address owner for a current sharing link if Aggreu says the link is expired, revoked or already used. A protected link may instead require a password from its owner. The recipient cannot extend the duration or remove the protection of someone else’s link.
Confirm that you received the complete URL. Avoid asking the recipient to bypass a password or reuse a one-time link. The owner can review the address and create an appropriate new share for the current delivery.
Can I manage an address without installing the app?
Aggreu Mobile Web lets you sign in and manage addresses through a browser without installing a native application. Use the same care when selecting details and sharing links. The public download page provides the browser option alongside the configured native app stores.
On a shared device, sign out when finished and avoid leaving private address details visible. Use the contact page if you need help accessing your account, or the data deletion page for the available account removal steps.
